Job Description:

This role provides global Mainframe Product Management support of software and hardware assets and Service Management support for over 400 products and 15 services including technical analysis, governance, contract compliance and negotiations. Additionally, this role supports Third Party Administration and Global Procurement resources pertaining to vendor risk management and contract negotiations. Team member will also provide input into our financial forecasts with our finance and economic business partners on a quarterly schedule.

Required Job Skills:
  • 7 - 10 years of IT experience
  • Technical Knowledge of Mainframe support technologies - software and hardware assets
  • Experience with Service Management
  • Experience in:
    • Data Analytics
    • Process development
    • Vendor Management
    • Contract Management
    • Financial Reporting
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise
  • Presentation and Communication skills to senior leadership
  • Experience Ariba or similar product

Leads the resolution process for complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Information Technology degree and/or technology certifications preferred or substantial equivalent experience. Typically 7-10 years of IT experience.
