Position Summary

This individual will be responsible for supporting Pega applications in CSSOT which are used by highly critical business functions, catering to huge user base with heavy daily volumes and stringent SLAs. The team needs to ensure the stability and availability of these applications so that accurate data is available at all times for Line of business and all reports are delivered within given timelines.

Looking for a technical production services Aspirant experienced with Incident and Problem Management.

Work under minimal supervision and independently.

  • Ability to use different tools to collect critical data elements for incident management lifecycle.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and engage required stakeholders during critical production incidents.
  • Actively Identifies/Escalates and Debates risks in Production support environment.
  • Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met without any impacts to Customers, End-Users.
  • Delivers clear and timely communications to all stakeholders at all times.
  • Ensures compliance with Corporate Incident, Problem and Change Management Practices, Standards and procedures.
  • Identifies change controls, communicates risks, rewards associated with decisions and actions to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the design reviews and understand gaps associated with the Workflows
  • Coordination of cross-functional dependencies and deliverables for impacted business and technology groups.

Primary Skill
  • SQL

Required Skill
  • Strong Knowledge on Pega PRPC, SQL, PL/SQL - SQL Server, Oracle Databases.
  • Understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Excellent communication skills, motivated team player & strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and with multi-location teams
  • Ability to take on tasks independently and drive them to closure.

Desired Skill

  • Working Knowledge with Toad/SQL plus Clients, UNIX Shell Scripting.
  • Working knowledge with Pega Workflows, Rule sets, Application Integration, Activities
  • Good to have Pega certification - CSA
  • Experience with Pega Designer/Admin Studio

This role provides support to end users responding to issues related to Incidents and Problem Management, for multiple applications, with the primary focus on triage leadership of all business impacting incidents. Responsibilities include understanding and ensuring compliance with the Incident Management and Problem Management policies and procedures. This role is the key focal point for the customer/client/associate experience and owns restoring any impacts to those experiences regardless of where the root cause of the impact lies.
