- Manage team ticket queue and resolve in timely manner
- Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation
- Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate to L3 support when necessary
- Provide global, 24x7 operations support to Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) Applications

- Help the users in solving data issues
- Perform system administration tasks
- User administration
- Performing operational tasks (e.g. run and monitor discovery jobs, generate weekly, monthly application scorecards, etc.)
- Assisting on Production Support activities for HP UCMDB, HP Asset Manager, HP Service Manager such as assisting with incident and problem resolution, adding new users
- Issue advisories for any outages/incidents which affect the user community
- Monitor application and database servers
- Collect and provide reporting applications health and usage metrics
- Work with system/database administrators and development team to resolve issues
- Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel/PPT with data analytics exposure)
- Windows/Linux server OS navigation/familiarity
- Scripting (Shell,Python,Perl etc)
- SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, Mongo, Sybase, Others)
- Systems Analysis and Design
- Monitoring tools (Splunk, AppD, Sitescope, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Microfocus BPM, VUGen Scripting)
