Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Production Support Technical Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

Manage team ticket queue and resolve in timely manner
Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation
Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate to L3 support when necessary
Provide global, 24x7 operations support to Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) Applications
Meet service level agreement (SLA) commitments
Help the users in solving data issues
Perform system administration tasks
User administration
Performing operational tasks (e.g. run and monitor discovery jobs, generate weekly, monthly application scorecards, etc.)
Assisting on Production Support activities for HP UCMDB, HP Asset Manager, HP Service Manager such as assisting with incident and problem resolution, adding new users
Issue advisories for any outages/incidents which affect the user community
Monitor application and database servers
Collect and provide reporting applications health and usage metrics
Work with system/database administrators and development team to resolve issues

Qualifications:

Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel/PPT with data analytics exposure)
Windows/Linux server OS navigation/familiarity
Scripting (Shell,Python,Perl etc)
SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, Mongo, Sybase, Others)
Systems Analysis and Design
Monitoring tools (Splunk, AppD, Sitescope, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Microfocus BPM, VUGen Scripting)
