Our client, a leader in their industry, needs a Project Manager to join their Customer Solution Delivery Team. You will help manage enhancements from requirements through delivery along with a cross-functional team responsible for delivering according to scope. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Project Manager: - Develop project plan and facilitate regular meetings with project team
- Present weekly project status to technical and functional leadership
- Provide leadership, oversight, delegation, and coordination of project related activities
- Execute projects within defined scope, cost, and schedule limits
Requirements of the Project Manager: - Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of PM experience and proficiency in project management principles
- Demonstrated experience leading software development implementations through SDLC
- Demonstrated experience with testing life cycle: requirements, test script creation, test execution
- Strong decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Excellent risk management, project leadership, and collaborative skills
- Digital background preferred
