Quality Analyst Lead

Job Title – QA LeadRequired Skills – API Testing, Manual Testing, Web Services (Soap or Rest), Telecom and Billing system (CSG prefer).Experience – 10+ years.Location – Charlotte, NCDuration – Long Term ContractTechnical Experience:

• Strong knowledge of API testing using SOAP/REST, Swagger & Postman Tools.
• Working knowledge on Splunk to check the logs.
• Should have experience in Telecom domain along with working knowledge on billing system (CSG prefer)
• Good knowledge on SQL Queries (Oracle & SQL Server Database).
• Have worked on Jira , ALM for Test Management.
• Should be proficient in creating Test strategies and Test Plan.
• Good Knowledge of providing Estimation and LOE’s of Work.
• Should be able to manage more than 3-4 projects simultaneously.
• Experience in creating Test Cases/Test Scripts and Execution of Test Scripts.
• Experience in Test cases review, Defect review.
• Experience in doing Offshore-Onshore coordination.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills.

• Experience in ALM Octane for Test Management
