About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Regulatory Relations Specialist who will support the Business Aligned Regulatory Relations team, which is broad and diverse.The incumbent for this position will report to the Business Aligned Regulatory Relations Senior Manager. The Business Aligned team ensures an organized and cohesive approach to interacting with regulators, ensuring transparency and consistency of communications, providing oversight and guidance on the quality of regulatory responses, and ensuring adherence to enterprise policy requirements.The incumbent will be broadly responsible for supporting the team in engaging with regulators, managing exams, coordinating ad hoc regulatory requests, and assisting in the oversight of applicable Enforcement Actions.In this role, you will:

Participate in regulatory reporting and identify opportunity for risk and compliance controls within change management work streams

Research regulatory and governance requirements while exercising independent judgement to strengthen oversight and visibility of regulatory commitments

Present recommendations for resolving business initiatives and change management work streams while developing improved regulatory reporting

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

2+ years of Regulatory Relations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong proficiency with power point and excel.

Demonstrated ability to capture the essence of meetings and prepare first drafts of executive level summaries.

Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with all levels of the organization.

Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
