- Build pipeline of top engineering talent in key geographies
- Be a research expert within the Technology space to stay up-to-date on all new open-source and cloud technologies, talent movement and market intelligence
- Provide market consultation to recruiting and tech leaders throughout the life-cycle of the search
- Design and execute a sourcing strategy to identify and recruit top talent
- Create and cultivate relationships with candidates to facilitate process to drive towards offer acceptance
- Foster relationships with key leaders to build a robust internal network that will lead to a steady follow of strong external referrals
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of sourcing experience or at least 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- At least 2 years of experience collaborating with recruiting managers and peers on recruiting strategy
- 4+ years of experience in technology sourcing
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with recruiting managers and peers on sourcing strategies
- 2+ years of experience leveraging sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and Google x-ray searches of Twitter or GitHub
- 2+ years of experience creating and updating talent maps
