Robotics Process Automation Developer

Job/Role Description:The Robotics Process Automation Developer is responsible for the architecture, design, development, testing and support of all process automations. They are also responsible for supporting and advancing the RPA environment. They should have familiarity of RPA capabilities to insure the efficiencies of bot design, development, and support.

Qualifications:
  • Lead in technical discovery for automation solutions by evaluating existing business processes.
  • Evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, uncovering value add opportunities, and implementing automation solutions.
  • Design and develop efficient automation processes with well-structured and easily maintainable designs.
  • Conducting advanced troubleshooting to help remove technical roadblocks in automation development.
  • Working in a fast-paced agile environment, while shifting between various projects with effective communication to the business
  • Recently graduated or prepared to graduate in the next 2 semesters with an 2 year IT related technical degree or 2 years related work experience
  • Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems and computer networks
  • Full-stack development experience

Nice to have :
  • Familiar with the software development and software testing processes resulting in a durable working product.
  • Competency in Microsoft O-365 products including SharePoint, PowerBI, Word, OneDrive, Excel and Teams
  • Competency in automation design flows and concepts using (Kapow, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to interact with business users and for creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual design thinking skills.
  • Read, modify, create basic query s using (T-SQL/PL/SQL)
  • Familiarity with Java, Angular, JS, REST services, Cloud, Swift.
