Job Description:· Candidate should have 7 Years experience in Scrum master role· Should have strong experience in Kanban · Ability to maximize the value produced by the team to ensure that stories meet the user’s need and comply with the definition of done· Work across teams to define and implement improvement stories that will increase the velocity and quality of the program· Build close relationship with Product Management, Key Stakeholders, Business Owners· Prepare and participate in PI planning, System Demos, Iteration execution· Ability to plan ahead by understanding and actively contributing to the Roadmap and VisionAble to provide the content authority and effectively use tools such as Customer Journey Maps, Story Maps, and Personas
