You will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will influence the development of Honeywell's next generation of products supporting new products from concept development through the start of production for manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who support current product value engineering and the optimization of the manufacturing process while mentoring more junior engineers.Lead the execution of digitization strategy within our locations. Lead implementation of strategy on how to connect manufacturing equipment and collect data from it to go onsite or in the cloud. Integration of data with ERP/Business systems. Modular strategic participant/leader. Drive decision making VS data. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with various functional teams

Prepare or update reports and documentation

Use analytical tools and theories

Plan, lead and execute projects

Issue identification and analysis

Identify areas for improvement

Develop new techniques and analytical toolsLead the execution of digitization strategy within factories. YOU MUST HAVE3+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering setting

3+ years of experience with data collection, analysis, and usage

WE VALUESignificant knowledge of the field's standards and specifications

Ability to focus on important information and identify key details

Significant relevant manufacturing engineering experience

Application of advanced engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

Python or Labview or other automation package

Bachelors Degree in STEM
