It all begins with you.Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to join The Enterprise Complaints Excellence Data & Analytics (CEDA) department within the Enterprise Customer Excellence (ECE). This group is comprised of analytically skilled professionals tasked with the goal of analyzing data around customer interactions for the purpose of identifying opportunities and developing analytical models to improve the customer experience. The Enterprise Customer Excellence (ECE) focuses on customer feedback across Wells Fargo and strives for operational excellence in order to strengthen our consumer-centric culture and optimize the customer experience.In this role, you will:Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Perform complex financial and economic analysis and model development
Plan, coordinate, and execute primary and secondary customer market projects
Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Develop, maintain, and manage processes and reporting (Tableau/Excel/PowerPoint) that tracks volume, trends, and ensure data is accurate
Create streamlined reporting processes
Facilitate regular meetings with business partners to gather commentary and feedback to support observations and trends
Lead analytic and reporting projects in order to tell 'one story' about customer experience activity
Compile/mine data from multiple sources to solve complex operational and/or strategic business problems as they arise, making the appropriate recommendations to maximize operational efficiency, quality and compliance
Ensure adherence to data management regulations and policies
Creating and updating data visualizations, reaching out to Line-of-Business partners to ascertain requirements, conducting deep-dive analyses, and implementing robust quality controls to ensure reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Ability to present reports to and interact with senior leaders
Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
Knowledge and understanding of Text Mining or Text Analytics software (SAS, IBM SPSS Modeler etc.)
Advanced skills in SQL, reporting/BI tools, and data visualizations.
Possess working knowledge or dashboard development, experience using Tableau
Knowledge and understanding of relational database concepts, querying, data warehousing, ETLprocess, requirements gathering and/or decision support tools
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
Experience in Kanban methodology and JIRA tool preferred
