It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the the Credit Card Product Capabilities team in our Cards & Merchant Services organization. This consultant will be a key contributor in managing and implementing projects in collaboration with internal business partners for consumer and business credit products (credit card, private label cards, cobrand, lines and loans, and small business) and external third party vendor, Fiserv (formerly known as FDR).Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .In this role, you will:Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes

Experience with Fiserv and related Credit Card data and processes

Experience with Fiserv pricing skill block

Experience analyzing, consulting, and executing complex efforts to support Wells Fargo's top initiatives

Experience creating test plans, conditioning test accounts with enhancement and regression scenarios, validating test outputs, documenting any test failures and their resolutions, retesting, and presenting final test results to key stakeholders

Experience completing required production audits

Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment, leveraging relationships across functional resources for success

Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs

Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables

Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders

Recommend opportunities for system/process refinements

Ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Ability to work outside of regular business hours
