Job description

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will support Hashicorp products, specifically Vault and Consul. Vault is one of the Enterprise solutions for managing credentials for machine-to-machine communications.

The Engineer will support Vault initiatives and support activities including designing, troubleshooting and building out new Vault cluster, enabling new engines and integrating with other identity management platforms across the enterprise. This role also will part in testing and act as 3rd level support for the environment.

Required Skills:
  • 7-10 years of Information Technology experience
  • 5 years in a DevOps role
  • Expertise of Ansible Tower and playbooks
  • Excellent scripting capability, preferably Python but BASH/Korn
  • Thorough understanding of REST API and Json
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and associated toolset (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Hashicorp Vault and Consul Java/Go Lang or similar vaulting solutions (CyberArk Conjur, Thycotic, etc.)
