- Partner with Risk, LOBs, Remediation Leads, Data Leads, Execution Leads, and Execution Data Support teams to support intake process, data reports, and customer remediation requirement responsibilities
- Lead discussions and perform data analysis in support of customer remediation requirements development
- Translate and summarize complex analysis into understandable, actionable insights and recommendations that directly drive effective business strategy
- Partner with various teams to facilitate daily operational processing including Manual review requests, Intake Assignments, Innovis Address Scrub Validation, Lexis Nexis Skip Trace requests, Peer Review Assignments, Missing SSN Requests, and Pre-execution reporting
- Facilitate, document, and track operational and code changes related to EDR (Execution Data Request) changes across multiple LOBs
- Support/drive development of presentations, process flows, documentation as needed, across various audiences
- Creation, maintenance, development of process and procedure improvements for CEDS scope expansion
- Provide support to ad-hoc requests as needed
- 6+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, and remediation
- Large Corporate entity experience preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships within the organization
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and partner with internal stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve business objectives in a dynamic fast paced environment
