ABOUT YOU

You are a smart, ambitious Senior Product Manager who is self-motivated with a "get stuff done" attitude. You will own the product development process from discovery to delivery for multiple projects, ranging from new features that improve the user experience, new tools to drive scalable operational processes, and new products that help drive revenue growth.

You will have to balance strategic thinking with the nuts and bolts of getting features out the door. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders. You will be expected to work closely with data, run your own analyses and contribute to a culture of testing and learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design products and features that are both step-change improvements and make incremental progress toward company goals
  • Work closely with the rest of the Product Team to define the strategy, goals and prioritize the roadmap with multiple projects across functional areas
  • Partner with design, engineering, and functional teams to run the discovery process
  • Learn from users, understand their problems and drive the development of innovative solutions
  • Gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, engage stakeholders, and troubleshoot questions
  • Prioritize requests against goals and work with team to define the MVP and user flow
  • Define go-to-market strategy and launch plans
  • Define performance metrics for new features and create plan for measuring each initiative
  • Communicate consistently with various stakeholders on major launches, status of roadmap and goals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally, 5 years experience in product management or related technical/analytical experience designing/building products and solutions (will consider a minimum of 3 years experience with strong technical products background)
  • Care about great user experiences
  • Love solving ambiguous problems
  • Proven experience managing and leading projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Can effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Passion for data and testing
  • Feel in your element at the intersection of technology, design and business
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
