Successful candidates will have previous experience conducting remote testing, working with fortunate 500 companies, and experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders. From an experience perspective, successful candidates will have
most of the following:- Bachelor's degree in Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Cognitive Human Factors, or related work experience
- 5+ years of product research, early discovery, and post-discovery experience
- Experience working closely with UX design and engineering teams alike
- Hands on experience with end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience with B2B and B2C products
- Experience working as the primary investigator on a project
- Previous professional examples of leading strategic research
- Experience in survey design (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
- Working knowledge of statistics and experimental design
