- : Good Knowledge in Siebel configuring, Siebel EAI, Siebel Workflow, Siebel Scripting, Siebel Open UI. Experience in working on Siebel 8.1.
- Knowledge in Siebel Admin, PL/SQL.
- Working in Production support and knowledge of Agile development.
- Good communication to interact directly with Client on requirements and handling tickets with users.
- Involving in architecture decisions, designs and discussions with business and IT team
- Implementation of CRs and Bug Fixes as per business requirement. Prepare TDDs, Unit Test Scripts and complete build using the functional design/specs.
