Our ideal candidate will have previous proven experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore technology teams, internal business partners, external 3rd party vendors, and others to deliver technology solutions. This individual may directly or coordinating with others define, design, verify, validate, support, and/or maintain solutions built on a variety of technology platforms. Responsible for providing excellent service and partnership with a strategic focus on execution. In addition to being able to demonstrate programming proficiency, our ideal candidate will also have a background in Salesforce and experience using Jira. Candidate must be willing to work out of our Charlotte, NC location.Required Qualifications5+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of XML (Extensible Markup Language) experience
5+ years of C# experience
2+ years of Agile experience
2+ years of experience with one or a combination of the following: RESTful, JSON or XML web-based services
Desired QualificationsAn industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
4+ years of Salesforce experience
2+ years of JIRA experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using TSQL or similar querying methods
Knowledge and understanding of relational database concepts, querying, data warehousing, ETL process, requirements gathering and/or decision support tools
API programming experience with Perl, XML, REST or JSON
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
Microsoft Excel experience designing and running macros
Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data
Knowledge or experience of XMLSpy
Other Desired QualificationsExperience with Commercial Real Estate
Experience with the Rockport system for Commercial Real Estate
Experience working with 3rd Party vendors to deliver technology solutions
