- Drive a wide range of cross-functional multi-million dollar strategic projects or programs ensuring they deliver the expected business benefits within the approved timeline, budget and scope
- Partner with internal customers to understand the objectives associated to a project and to ensure requirements are properly defined and documented
- Take ownership and actively manage the project throughout its entire lifecycle following the standard project management processes and methodologies
- Engage all different teams involved (regionally and globally) to ensure the best solution is put forward and appropriate resources are assigned
- Contribute, in cooperation with other members of the IT PMO Organization, to the continuous improvement of standard project management processes and tools
- At least 8 years managing complex multi-million dollar projects of diverse size and complexity in a cross functional, multicultural and global environment using formal project management processes
- Prior experience managing complex multi-million dollar IT Projects in a variety of areas (Business Systems, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Digital/IoT). Key areas of experience preferred are: ERP implementations/upgrades (SAP, CRM implementations, Salesforce), other large best in breed application roll outs (Workday, Ariba, Concur, etc.), cloud computing, infrastructure refreshes and new office infrastructure setups
- Formal training in Project Management, PMP or other Project Management certification, strongly preferred
- Well versed in ITIL - has been part of organizations with a strong ITIL culture and/or has helped roll out ITIL processes and supporting tools
- Ability to travel up to 15%, domestic and international as needed to support project deliverables
- Working knowledge of and competency in project management processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, issues management, time management, and financial management
