Sr Project Manager - SDLC/POS(Retail)/CRM/Salesforce/ERP Location: Charlotte, NCDuration: 6-12 Months + HYBRID ONLY in Charlotte Metro (3 Days in Office and 2 Days Remote)Project Management: Overall responsibility for the following general project lifecycle activities:Project Feasibility and Scoping: Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and is responsible for the development of detailed project plans to ensure activities are understood and commitment is gained to meet overall project objectives.Project Execution: Implements solutions by monitoring project progress and navigating stakeholder change; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members' concerns, and submitting project status reports to Manager/Program OfficeStrong executive presence. Leadership experience. Ability to project it when working with people.

Software development / Implementation / Integration / project management background.

Experience with complex implementation and projects.

Implementing Salesforce, ERP systems, logistics systems, revenue cycle healthcare systems type projects in past work well.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related degree.

7-10 + years of progressive experience managing medium-to-large-scale IT projects involving various technologies and project teams in a corporate office or support center environment, consulting firm, or other established private or public company.

2+ years of experience participating in a medium-to-large-scale IT Project (CRM or Salesforce or RetailPOS / ERP) - Implementation / Integration /SDLC Retail POS and/or Salesforce or CRM Management Office is preferred, but not required.Experience developing complex project plans to meet business objectivesExperience building and developing project teamsProven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management functionsProficient in project management software, such as MS Project, MS SharePoint, and Clarizen PPM Tool (preferred, but not required)Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and VisioExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsExperience using Balsamiq (rapid wireframing tool) preferred, but not requiredPMP (Project Management Professional) Certification strongly preferredStrong executive presence. Leadership experience. Ability to project it when working with people.Software development / project management background.
