Role: Sr. Technical Business Analyst with Development BackgroundLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Duration: Long Term ContractExperience: 10 Years

Job Description:Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.Serves as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.8+ years of experience.

Skills: Restful and SOAP webservices & understanding of JSON based request/responseSQL & DBMS concepts related to table joins etcPostman / SOAP UIVisio or Draw.ioMicroservices ArchitectureJira/AgileNice to have(following skills are nice to have):KafkaSplunkKnowledge of Java programmingKnowledge of AngularJS (For the reverse Engineering)Understanding of CICD

Knowledge: Good to haveKnowledge of OOP (object oriented programming) & conceptsKnowledge and experience with Spring framework (SpringBoot)Knowledge of Git version control systemKnowledge in network design, network architecture, protocols and network topologyKnowledge in TCP/IP and the OSI ModelKnowledge of at least two application server platforms (WebLogic,WebSphere, Tomcat, JBOSS, etc.)Knowledge of at least one development languages ((Java 8,JavaScript, C/C, Objective C, Perl, Python, ASP/.Net, Go, React, Angular,Hadoop, SQL)Unit Testing and review the integration test results of the modules

Regular Job duties:Major/Minor Enhancements - Detailed Design and review, Integration and TestingPrepare Technical Detail design documentsWork on reviews of Technical Deliverables during the project verification phase and Quality Control phase.Perform analysis tasks on business systems.May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issuesFacilitate communication and gains commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategiesConduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problemsNegotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) from initial requirements to final implementationPerform other responsibilities as requestedOversee implementation, coordinating tests and observing initiation of the system to validate performanceLook for opportunities to improve internal processes, and implement measures to control risks within the business applications frameworkRequirements Gathering/Analysis- For preparing Low Level Design and visualization activitiesGather, refine and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issuesAnalyze complex business partners' operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes, functions and systemsAssess available technologies to create development specifications
