Job Description

Bosch Rexroth is looking for a Project Manager for our Charlotte, NC site. Responsible for performing various functions that support completion of large-scale customer projects.

The Project Manager will be tasked with:

  • Manage wide customer project portfolio and tracking key milestones
  • Settingpriorities for various projects to ensure deliverable expectations are aligned to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage team's time and prioritize tasks on a daily basis according to project goals, milestones and budgets
  • Develop detailed project schedule/plan
  • Coordinate efforts between different organizations (customers, sales, manufacturing, logistics)
  • Communicate with numerous stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure milestones and delivery dates are met
  • Development of project management & project visualization tools in conjunction with I4.0
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of supply chain operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and foster a CIP environment
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Public speaking skills preferred.
  • Must have excellent project management skills
  • Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 year experience in supply chain operations and project management
  • Ability to communicate concerns and identify resolutions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, monitor and assess performance within deadlines, and utilize appropriate resources to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Ability to work with short deadlines and high stress.
  • Ability to delegate work to appropriate resources and communicate work.
  • Ability to utilize creative problem resolution skills to handle client related or employee related problems.
  • Ability to be forward thinking.
  • Ability to handle frequently changing demands.
