- 8+ years of experience in developing ETL and data integration solutions
- 5+ years of hands on experience in Data profiling, cleansing, sub setting and validation and ETL of production copy data to test systems, preferably in Healthcare domain application development.
- 5+ years of Data Masking development experience including hands-on design, development, deployment and optimization experience using Informatica / IBM Optim / Delphix or other industry standard tools and technologies
- Work Experience on data masking using Delphix is desired. Data Virtualization experience also a good add-on skill
- Experience working with Data Architecture and Application teams to define data privacy fields and data masking requirements.
- Understand database models & designs including referential integrity, application enforced integrity, data dependencies between applications.
- Strong knowledge in Database language SQL, and data warehouse concepts
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & working knowledge of UNIX
- Experience working with relational DBMS, like DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, DB2 and preferably Cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
- Ability to understand Entity Relationship diagrams for relational databases.
- Good understanding of database validations, constraints, syntax and data types
- Banking industry experience will be a good to have
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work effective with little supervision; ability to co-ordinate with onsite resources deliverables/activities; Ability to work with client and manage their expectations & priorities
