This role will be a blend between Technical Writing and Service Delivery. This role will perform project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Typically focuses on completing subtasks or smaller projects that support larger initiatives. Responsible for meeting project deadlines and producing deliverables. Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility. Adjusts work assignments and plans based on shifting resources and priorities. Impact: Projects typically affect the outcome or timeliness of larger projects and may significantly affect the ability of a business unit or support function to operate effectively. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.

This role will also require a minimal amount (5%-10%) of Admin / Business Operations duties. Duties like scheduling meetings, allocating resources into our Budget tracking system, assisting in coordinating team events and team meetings, helping teammates with access into Bank of America buildings, coordinating Staff Meetings and agendas. This role will be located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsible for understanding, documenting and organizing our processes and procedures within CDSO. This role will need to understand our main focus areas / process and have the ability to precisely document them within a Playbook.

Required Experience / Skills:
  • Project life cycle and development knowledge
  • This person should be able to take interviews of key SME's within the team and document the process in an organized fashion.
  • Self-starter / self-motivated
  • Limited supervision
  • Admin / Business Operations experience
  • Agile Methodology (Kanban, Scrum, etc)
  • Process knowledge / understanding
  • Governance Routines experience
  • Organized
  • Can lead meetings
