One of our top clients in Charlotte is seeking a talented UX Designer with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the UX Designer: - Gather and evaluate user requirements with business and technical teams
- Develop design ideas as storyboards, process flows, and wireframes
- Develop hi-fi and lo-fi UI mockups and prototypes
- Create original graphic designs
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Modify designs based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards for font, colors, and images
Requirements of the UX Designer: - Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, or related technical discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 2 years of experience in addition to degree
- Solid understanding of digital design patterns and UI best practices
- Proficiency in standard UI/UX tools: Sketch, Figma, etc.
