- Create visual design concepts for both minor experience elements as well as strategic, omni-channel experiences
- Identify creative solutions for user problems based on CX learnings, usability studies, and interaction design best practices
- Build detailed mock-ups, flow diagrams, site maps, wireframes
- Prepare final, dev-ready visual specs including color values, font details, behavior/interaction specifications so UI development can complete work without further grooming
- Desired Skill Set:
- Graphic and interaction design across devices/platforms (mobile, desktop, tablet)
- Excellent working knowledge of CX design processes and techniques and the importance in UX and UI work
- Thorough understanding of accessibility guidelines in mobile and desktop experiences
- Knowledge of Axure a plus
