• Good to have global project execution experience• Knowledge of Veeva CRM and Veeva Event Management• Excellent Communication skills• Client Expectation Management - Negotiation and Scoping• Understand the customer roadmap & current support/development efforts and suggest future design/solution decisionsApplication Support experience • Engage periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features / provide guidance (relevance and timeframe) to customer those features and benefitsVeeva CRM integrations knowledge • Strategic liaison with business owners to support business objectives/timelines• Stakeholder management and weekly updates on status of the project• Co-ordinate with PMO and manage the scope and risks of the project• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Manage changes in scope and schedule of the enhancements• Strategic Liaison with internal company subject matter experts to support the execution• Advanced experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is required• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment• Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment• PMP or PMI Certification is a plus
