About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the Account Opening and Maintenance (AOM) Product Group within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations . The primary goals of this Product team are to deliver innovative account opening and maintenance solutions that best serve our clients, financial advisors, and home office team members. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will support development, delivery, and support of Account Opening and Maintenance technology solutions, with a specific focus on risk and controls and overall implementation/change readiness Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:

Serve as a subject matter expert on account opening and maintenance technology and processes

Partner with product and process owners inside and outside of the Account Opening and Maintenance product to identify controls impacted by Account Opening and Maintenance technology and ensure control procedures are updated and controls are tested prior to new technology going live

Create and maintain all required procedure documentation for controls owned by the Account Opening and Maintenance product

Support audit discussion meetings, control walkthroughs, supporting documentation, report/data collection, report/data analysis

Establish processes/review processes for monitoring effectiveness of controls and implement process adjustments as needed to mitigate risk

Partner with stakeholders from Account Opening and Maintenance product team, Risk, Communications, Training, Support, Field Leadership to ensure and report on overall readiness for new product technology/processes

Perform other execution and delivery work within the product as needed

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge and experience of account opening and maintenance processes and technology

Risk and control expertise

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels and audiences

Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Proven success building and maintaining strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups

Ability to exercise independent judgement to identify and resolve problems with a focus on actionable outcomes.

Experience writing and editing content for process and control procedures.

Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management.

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Ability to work effectively and lead in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Ability to take initiative and respond pro-actively to issues and escalations

5+ years of financial services experience

5+ years of brokerage industry experience

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
