- Responsible for supporting and configuring Adaptive Planning in Workday HCM.
- Support Workday Adaptive planning configuration changes to support Headcount planning needs.
- Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with HR headcount planning.
- Assist with the creation of technical interface requirements to ensure documentation is aligned to the functional requirements for various interfaces.
- Reduce manual reconciliation between Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning.
- Manage SDLC modifications for various configuration / interfaces changes as well as co-ordinate testing activities with our QC testing team.
- Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of Adaptive Planning data to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
- Four-year degree in HR, Business, or IT a plus.
- Familiar with Workday HCM position management and the linkages to Adaptive Planning module.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of implementing Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning modules.
- Must be proficient in Workday Report Writer.
- Workday HCM Pro Certification desired.
- Workday Adaptive Planning Pro Certification desired.
- Experience with applications such as Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle FSDF (Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation) or similar applications is also desirable.
- Good communication skills with functional business owners
