CW Workday Talent / Management Functional /Techno Position SummaryThe CW role will support the end-to-end design, development and delivery of technology-enabled Talent Management and Learning applications as it relates to skills and competencies conversion into Workday HCM.Key Responsibilities- Responsible for supporting and configuring skills and competencies in Workday HCM.
- Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical data loads.
- Assist with the creation and approval of technical EIB requirements documentation; ensure documentation is aligned to the Functional Requirements and use of document templates that meet SDLC testing standards.
- Support Workday Talent Management, Workday Skills Cloud, Gigs, Workday Learning teams in Workday HCM cloud where needed.
- Manage SDLC modifications to various conversions.
- Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
- Project Manage and create estimations of technical timelines and allocation of the technical resources to specific task.
- Identify opportunities for system reuse and system simplification.
- Communicate with functional business users and technical resources.
- Four year degree in HR, Business or IT a plus.
- Familiar with Workday Skills Cloud setup and deployment.
- Minimum 3 years of HRIT / HRIS experience of Workday Performance and Talent Mgmt modules.
- Must be proficient in Workday EIB Data loading process.
- Must be proficient in Workday Report Writer.
- Workday Performance and Talent Mgmt Pro Certification or other Workday Certification is also preferable and desired.
- Strong understanding of Workday Recruiting and Compensation would be desirable.
- Good communication skills with functional business owners
