Growing Mooresville Chiropractic and Acupuncture Clinic looking to add an outgoing Chiropractic Assistant with great organizational and customer service skills to assist in the front office and provide patient support with back office duties.

Full time and part time hours available.

Office hours are 9-12 & 2-5, Monday through Friday. Thursday until 7:00pm.

The pay scale varies from $10-14/hour depending on skill and experience.

Experience working in a chiropractic office or physical therapy clinic or similar setting is preferred but not required - all applicants will be trained.

Chiropractic Assistant Certification is required in NC. If you are not already certified, you will be required to do so within 90 days of being hired.

You must be friendly and personable at all times. Also, being detail oriented and able to multi-task while still providing excellent customer service is required. You must be at least 21 years old to apply.

Other requirements include a willingness to learn, the ability to stay composed under pressure, and general insurance knowledge.

Office Duties Include: (but not limited to)

-Greet patients and control/direct patient flow in office

-Answer, direct phone calls and schedule patients visits

-Create new patients charts

-Insurance Verification and some billing tasks.

-Set-Up, Review, and Collect Finances

-General Office maintenance/clean-up

-Typing and data entry- Microsoft Word and Excel

-Ordering supplies/Restocking supplies when necessary

-Set up clinic for patients

-Setting up/providing therapy on patients (elec. stim, decompression, vibracussor, etc.)

-NP consultation notes, and taking vitals.

-Performing and teaching stretches & exercises to patients

-Occasional public relations outside of office.

Additional Preferences

-Bilingual ability is helpful but not required.

-Facebook and other social media posting knowledge.

-Medical/Chiropractic Insurance billing experience.

-Familiar with Electronic Medical Records Systems.
