Job Summary of Housekeeping Worker:
The Wyndham housekeeping Worker is looking for a competent Houseperson to handle the cleaning and upkeep of designated areas and address guest requests, providing exceptional service and supporting the hotel's financial growth.
Responsibilities of Housekeeping Worker:
A Housekeeping Worker is required to maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel, in addition to catering to guests' requests, to ensure exceptional customer service and optimize financial benefits.
As an a Housekeeping Worker, your primary focus is on cleaning various locations including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms by adhering to the highest standards.
The position involves executing different responsibilities, such as wiping and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, polishing floors, and managing the removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays.
Create an atmosphere of hospitality by giving a friendly hello to each guest
Advise management of any maintenance requirements to keep the facility up to code, such as fire alarms and sprinklers, and sewer and plumbing systems
Monitor and maintain supplies for demand and usage patterns to ensure adequate availability
Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
Fulfill guest requests and assist in the tidiness of guest accommodations, as warranted.
