Big Wave Docks is looking for hard-working, honest employees to begin IMMEDIATELY. We work over the water so swimming skills are important. This job is physically demanding and is done in most weather conditions. A Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from the jobsite (on Lake Norman) are REQUIRED.
Some actual carpentry experience is preferred. In-depth, on-the-job training is provided to teach you how we do things. Having experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer is also a plus!
Typically our employees work 50 hours per week with over-time pay for everything over 40 hours. We offer paid holidays, quarterly bonuses, and vacation pay. We continue to have a large backlog of work, providing employees a lot of room for growth.
