Local Property Management Company is seeking to team up with a team member or vendor that can operate well in a fast-paced work environment in the maintenance department of our property management company. We are looking for a person who brings a good attitude to work and works well as a team. We are a growing property management company with a strong track record of success! Main Responsibilities are to serve our clients at our rental and vacant properties with general maintenance and plumbing related issues.Requirements:
Must have experience with all aspects of residential construction
Must have a good knowledge of residential maintenance and best practices
Experience with all aspects of plumbing work a plus.
Good knowledge of residential plumbing and best practices is a plus
Must have the ability to work with technology to do your job (i.e. laptop, tablet, cell phone)
Strong customer service background preferred
Organized, Friendly, Caring, Self-Starter, Attention to Detail, Accurate, Upbeat, Has a sense of urgency with regard to deadlines
Excellent follow-up and possess a "sense of urgency" to complete assignments
Excellent communication and listening skills to provide a positive customer experience
This is a full-time position with 40+ hours available. We are looking for those willing to work an afternoon shift of either 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm.
We are offering $25/hr based on experience.
