Administrative Assistant
Objective:
Collections/creditors rights firm is looking for a dedicated and hardworking full-time Administrative Assistant for our Southeast Charlotte office. The Administrative Assistant will primarily be data entry, maintaining excel spreadsheets, preparing correspondence and communicating with the client. This candidate must be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner with staff and outside parties.
Responsibilities
Analyze banking documents, court records, correspondence and all other aspects as warranted.
Act as liaison between attorneys and commercial banking client.
Opening new files and entering the information into Firms computer.
Maintaining excel spreadsheets regarding files.
Preparing and e-filing documents.
Monitoring court and filing deadlines.
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year of experience working in a law office.
Strong work ethic (work, performance, and attendance).
Proficient in MS office applications (Word and Excel).
Must be able to work with minimal guidance to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
Ability to tackle a variety of challenging tasks.
Must possess motivation and drive to complete all assigned tasks by set deadlines.
