JOB OVERVIEW

Primoprint specializes in print, design, and outstanding US-based customer service. We were founded with one goal: to make the print buying experience better. With this goal in mind, our Customer Service Team strives to simplify the ordering process for our customers and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results driven individual to expand our growing East Coast Customer Service Team. This full time, non-exempt position will work in Huntersville, NC, Monday through Friday from 11 am to 7 pm EST.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Assists customers via phone, online chat, and email

-Responds to customers inquiries ranging from pricing, general product information, order status, and file setup

-Carefully listens to customers questions or concerns and anticipates their needs

-Document customer interactions in order notes and make necessary team members aware of any ongoing situations

-Resolve quality assurance tickets for both production and client errors in a helpful, timely, and professional manner

-Modify order or shipping details as needed and accurately process returns, credits, or additional charges

-Participate and contribute to biweekly team meetings

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

-Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional customer service

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

-Strong ability to manage time and responsibilities in a self-directed environment

-Ability to multitask while still paying attention to detail

-Willingness to perform additional duties and support team as needed

-Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator on a Mac platform - this is necessary to perform successfully in this role.

-Previous print experience is recommended but not necessary

-Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required

-Happy, Awesome, Creative Individuals are a good fit for this position.
