Currently in search for an Assistant Community Manager for a 300+ unit apartment community near W.T. Harris and Hickory Grove area.
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the delinquency, marketing, and client relations functions of the property.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
High-energy and enjoys a fast pace
Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
Great with people warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
Preferably 1 year of property management experience
Bi-Lingual
Valid driver's license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Available 1-2 Saturdays
