BA with Reporting

the Reporting team is responsible interviewing stakeholders and producing requirements and user stories, and partnering with technology teams to continuously improve a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) operational reporting solution striving for best in class. In addition to producing requirements for a reporting application, the BA will participate in UAT testing, participate in design sessions, give demos and provide escalation support as a subject matter expert. The BA will also participate in production system validations. The BA will also maintain a reporting capability library and update the resource guides to reflect production features (enhancements, breakfixes, or workarounds). The BA will need to ensure the information is shared with their Reporting teammates, UAT, communications, training and support teams. Reporting BA (primary) • soliciting business needs from business stakeholders • writing and producing user stories / business requirements for front-end reports of Oracle BI (preferred), Tableau, SSRS, or other reporting BI platforms • Agile/scrum experience • Process flows, documentation, user guides, etc • Verifying results for post production validation • project coordination w/communications and training teams preferred • Demo experience • strong communicator • JIRA, VersionOne or other user story workflow tools • Other o UAT coordination experience preferred; may provide UAT coordination coverage o Some sql preferred; may provide SQL Adhoc reporting coverage
