Role Description/Job Details:

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager within Operations Transformation & Process Development team, delivering a mixture of initiativesdriven fromthe business, FDCO teams & the industry and upcoming large scale front to back change within material Enterprise change programs.

Requires a candidate who is comfortable with the responsibility for managing multiple front-to-back projects within FICC, based in the Operations area.A logical, critical thinker with the ability to come up with creative solutions to challenges in current processes and be a real agent for change.

The Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) & Derivative Core Operations (FDCO) team perform end to end trade control, confirmation and settlements processes across FICC businesses and provides OTC derivative confirmation and settlement services for non FICC businesses.

Responsibilities

This role requires a highly experienced Change Managerwith excellent communication skills, strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to tailor their style to suit different audiences, varying level of detail.

The role involves managing the pipeline of upcoming change, defining current state, identifying strategic and tactical solutions, working through business cases/bids for funding, defining and documenting requirements to Enterprise change standards, defining test strategies and test packs with users again to Enterprise change standards, and working with technology to deliver the complete change.

The role will also include working horizontally, across FICC LOB and beyond, to ensure projects contribute to the delivery of our strategic long terms goals across Operations.

Required Skills

7 years' experience of project implementation (including Agile/SAFE)

Demonstrated problem solving ability, able to get into the problem, understand solutions, clearly document and communicate the options.

Ability to clearly document using data flow diagrams (Visio), sequence diagrams, system diagrams, Specifications by Example, UML, State transition diagrams.

Strong follow up skills, and ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed.

Reporting/Presentation skills, with strong attention to detail isessential.

Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and meetdeadlines.

Experience managing front-to-back projects is desirable, with ability to tailor communication approach depending on audience.

High level knowledge of product lifecycle and FICC products.

Confident facing senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguous or fluid requirements.

Desirable

Prior Systems Development, Maths or Engineering background.

Experience with automated testing Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions.

Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.
