- Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs using Agile development practices.

- Extensive experience in DataPower, system design skill include deep understanding of DataPower, XSLT, MQ, Cryptography, Networking and WebSphere Transformation Extender.
- More than 10 years of professional experience in IT industry.
- 5+ years of in depth DataPower and WTX development experience.
- Strong background in MQ, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and Cryptography
- Extensive XSLT and Networking skills.
- Experience working as a Lead Developer in several medium to large sized projects and several domains.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
