Come join an exciting team within Global Information Security (GIS). Cyber Security Technology (CST) is a globally distributed team responsible for cyber security innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, cyber resiliency, access management engineering, data strategy, deployment maintenance, technical project management and information technology security control support.

This role is a servant leader, who is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by a smaller Agile Release Train (ART). Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating the ART ceremonies, managing dependencies across teams in the ART, and providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment. This role ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly and protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery. They manage financials for the ART and assist with resource planning. Promotes and coaches the Agile mindset and principles, empowering individual teams to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential.

Key Responsibilities:-Guide and coach the teams on the Agile Release Train on Scrum practices, and develop their understanding of Agile principles.-Help define norms/agreements for the ART and enforce the agreements.-Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies (for example, Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync or PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums), System Demos, and Retrospective.-In collaboration with the Product Manager, ensure the program has a healthy product/program backlog.-Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the ART.-Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery and PI commitments.-Responsible for providing status updates and reporting pertaining to ART plans/delivery/timelines/impediments to stakeholders and leadership.-Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered by the ART.-Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the ART to identify improvement opportunities.-Capture data to help determine/track product funding and resource acquisition needs.-Mentors more junior Scrum Masters

Required Skills:-Experience in Release and Change Management Processes and change management systems-Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills-Adept at handling multiple tasks and adapt to daily changing requirements-Ability to work night & weekend hours with advance scheduling-Understanding of the software development lifecycle process-Able to work independently or as a part of the team-Able to influence, lead, and communicate effectively across technology peers, business units-Strong understanding and experience with setting agendas and defining the artifacts needed for governance forums; Collects feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management.-Strong understanding and experience with identifying risk/dependencies and quantifying the impact it has on the business/technology and what controls are to be used to resolve.-Ability to track project/value stream variances in order to ensure work aligns with project/value stream objectives.-Experience facilitating program/portfolio level planning ceremonies against backlog/ prioritized work.-Experience managing risk/dependencies/impediments.-Ability to answer program/portfolio level Agile/waterfall framework questions.-Demonstrates ability to identify root causes to solve complex problems in highly unstable situations.-Facilitates collaboration within and across teams. Go-to person for consultation from others.-Uses a combination of factual and emotional points to exert influence. Receives agreement to ideas by identifying and working collaboratively with specific stakeholders and senior managers.-Sets KPI's for teams to follow. Makes decisions about technology that will increase or deliver business value.

Desired Skills:-Direct BCM Remedy change management experience-Experience working with release train models in an agile environment-Knowledge of banking systems is a plus-Agile service management experience-Responsible for broad knowledge of SDLC/change policies including waterfall and agile development methodologies-Experience with quickly identifying and understanding the roles and responsibilities of other teams who participate in the lifecycle and engages as required.-Working knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial context in which technology and operating principles are used within their business area.-Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices. Ability to participate in their role and utilize necessary tools with minimal guidance.-Basic awareness of architecture and design.
