Position Overview: As an Inside Sales & Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling low-cost WiFi plans to consumers across the country. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential, with the flexibility to work from home. Sales Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential customers using phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Sales Presentations: Confidently present and explain our affordable WiFi plans to prospective customers, addressing their needs and answering any questions they may have.

Customer Enrollment: Guide customers through the enrollment process with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.

Follow-Up: Keep in touch with leads and prospects, providing follow-ups to close sales and build lasting relationships.

Support Responsibilities:

Ongoing Customer Support: Assist both inside and outside sales customers by addressing any issues, answering questions, and providing troubleshooting help.

Problem Solving: Resolve any challenges or concerns that arise during and after the enrollment process quickly and effectively.

Providing Information: Offer customers additional information about services, promotions, and account management to meet their needs.

CRM Management: Accurately log interactions and sales progress using our CRM system, keeping everything organized and up to date.
