Job Description:

Position Summary

This role is with the Data, Analytics & Insights Tech DAIT and Legal, Audit and Data Management Tech LADMT Governance team.Will communicate downstream enterprise and Consumer, Small Business and Wealth & Employee Technology (CSW&ET) policy and process changes, ensuring that DAIT and LADMT Program and Project Managers understand and adhere to policies and procedures. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of Change Governance materials including the maintenance of the DAIT and LADMT monthly dashboards, DAIT and LADMT Governance lunch and learn materials and email communications to DAIT and LADMT Program and Project Managers. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Train Program and Project Managers on Enterprise policy and standards by aiding and sharing knowledge of Project Management systems including PPRT, Jira, Remedy and Nexus. Support Program & Project Managers with tools and templates.
  • Reduce Program & Health Risk by working with Program & Project managers and conducting defect report training.
  • Facilitate routine Change Management meeting and is expected to increase the overall success rate of all Quality Assurance (QA) assessments (key metric) by working closely with Change Management and offering guidance.
  • Conduct internal reviews and peer assessment.
  • Support Agile transformation.
  • Provide Program & Project Training, as well as onboarding

Required Skills/Experience
  • 3 Years+ Project Management background with strong communications skills.
  • Must stay on top of Enterprise Change Management Policy and Program Standards.
  • Must be able to quickly communicate changes to policy and procedures.
  • Bank of America experience. Waterfall and Agile Project Management knowledge.
  • Risk background, role expected to work closely on risk related efforts and team up with Audit, Compliance and Business Control areas.
  • Skillful in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must stay inquisitive and probe for information and continue to ask questions to gain a better understanding of the tasks.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, create excel pivot tables that showcase trends in the data.
  • Strong aptitude to create robust WordPerfect PowerPoint presentations.
  • MRA2 knowledge (Matters Requiring Attention).
