- You'll be tasked with designing and developing software applications to control automated material handling equipment for use within manufacturing, warehousing and distribution industries.
- Perform in-house testing with software and hardware emulators.
- Create operator and administrator training manuals and materials
- Install systems at customer's site and perform on-site integration with automated equipment.
- Train operators of the machinery and equipment
- Provide ongoing support including after-hours support on a rotational basis
- Assume project management responsibilities
- Lead and direct the work of other software developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 2+ years minimum experience in Application Development and Embedded technologies
- Strong exposure to Windows Operating Systems and the MS Development stack
- .Net
- SQL Database
- Visual Basic
- Strong experience with C and C
- Java experience is preferred
- Waterfall methodology experience preferred
