Position Summary Bank of America is looking for a Quality Specialist II to join Enterprise Transaction Services QA team Remote Deposits Space - Agile team located in Charlotte.The Remote Deposits team is responsible for the ongoing development of applications used Enterprise wide for remote deposits by web, branch capture, small business and mobile. Under general guidance, the Sr Quality Assurance Engineer acts individually or as part of a team to provide manual and automated testing services of a highly complex and technical nature. Assignments at this level require extensive quality assurance and test experience in order to review and test applications submitted by the development staff. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer must be able to take a broad view of testing and provide strategic recommendations for automated testing procedures. They must be able to plan and script and be able to debug scripting issues. They have to be an expert in an automation tool like Selenium. Incumbent must be able to work under the pressure of strict time constraints and constantly changing priorities.

Responsibilitieso-Partner with the Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Site Reliability Engineers and Dev Ops to comprehensively deliver quality releases and ensure stability of the platforms.o-Manage and develop the testing function end-to-end (from story acceptance criteria through to post-release check-outs).o-Implementation of testing best practice, measurement of coverage and reporting of quality.o-Experience in creating and executing automation scriptso-Ensure that the testing teams are meeting all required policies/standards and are producing/retaining all required artifacts.o-As a hands-on tester, participate and contribute across the complete testing lifecycle taking ownership for assigned initiative/project.o-Participate/contribute to meetings to discuss issues that are blocking testing progress.

Required Skills

o-Highly skilled and experienced (minimum 5 years) as a Quality Specialist/Engineero-Technologies: Selenium 2.0o-Experience with end-to-end test automation, eg. Selenium, Jasmine, Protractor.o-Good knowledge of SQL and relational database.o-Experience of Continuous Integration systemso-Experience working in an Agile Environment and exposure to the full software development life cycle.o-Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.o-A disciplined thinker and capable of working across organizational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment.o-Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Must be: pro-active, enthusiastic, adaptable and results driven.o-Excellent spoken and written English, clear oral communication skills.
