Job Description:

The Non Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) Center is responsible for the consistent application of interpretation, data sourcing, preparation, governance and oversight of regulatory reports that are not produced within the CFO function. The Regulatory Reporting organization within the NFRR Center is responsible for managing all BAU operational aspects to support timely and accurate report preparation, submission of NFRR Center reports. The product lead role entails building strong partnership with technology and PMO teams to represent Regulatory Reporting priorities with regard to report capabilities, control framework, BAU enhancements and support Product Increment planning sessions. Specific Job Description: Responsibilities include: • Partner across NFRR Center Regulatory Reporting analysts and Report preparers to identify key end users priorities for technology platform enhancements • Act as a single point of contact for NFRR Center Regulatory Reporting Executive for all platform enhancements • Represent NFRR Regulatory Reporting team in SDM Program Increment workshops and drive business vision • Liaise with the NFRR data and technology team and/or PMO to resolve requirement, design and User Acceptance testing (UAT) issues • Develop partnership with key upstream domains and data providers to support issue research and enhance control framework • Business SME to technology teams as they develop new and strategic capabilities i.e. UI/UX redesign, DQ triage too etc. • Partner with QA team to maintain consistent controls across reports with automation focus • Assist NFRR Center Regulatory Reporting Analyst with the review and assessment of reporting processes on the GRRS platform before report cut over • Manage GRRS system access provisioning for Report Preparation roles and perform periodic review of entitlements against prescribed enterprise guidelines with GRRS application team • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation and supporting materials by BA, Tech, Reg Interpretation team(data dictionaries, business requirements, JIRA stories, playbooks, process flows, UAT scripts and plans etc.) to drive transparency into the end-to-end reporting lifecycle • Delivering training and demos to end users and business stakeholders as new functionality is deployed and rolled out • Assist in platform governance with PMO team to ensure new functionality and release do not conflict with existing capabilities in production and key reporting cycles • Review QA team's regression testing plan and results before release • Participate in BCP/DR planning/testing as necessary

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5+ years experience; Professional certifications (PMP etc.) preferred

• Global Banking and Markets (GBAM), Consumer/GWIM or Risk/Compliance regulatory project/implementation experience

• Ability to provide clear oral and written communication to a variety of business and technical audiences

• Data management / data quality background especially EDM Transport and Use Standard

• Detail oriented, process excellence mind set and change agent

• Process re-engineering and migration experience to strategic framework

• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, analytical mindset required • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic work environment

• Technical savvy with the ability to quickly understand different systems and processes

• Eager to learn and grow, receptive to constructive feedback

• Self-Starter, takes initiative

• Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, ARIS, SQL and Data Analytic skills

• Knowledge on enterprise change standards and policies.

• Understanding of SDM SAFE Agile methodology

Desired Skills

· Audit/GIS experience · Knowledge of regulatory publishing tools like AXIOM, etc. is a plus · Experience with regulatory project delivery and interaction via exams, periodic routines etc.
