- Work closely with development teams in ensuring the requirements are properly translated into technical details.
- Lead the backlog refinement meetings to create stories based on Business priorities.
- Ensure the functional test scripts are properly written adhering to the requirements in the stories.
- Experienced with JIRA
- Act as proxy product owner and perform quality assurance and user acceptance of stories during sprint.
- Constantly be on the lookout to improve the quality of the applications and deliver better value to the customers.
- Help design, document and maintain system processes to get a complete big picture.
- Provide recommendations for process changes to help optimize current procedures in support of maximizing outcomes.
- Strong experience in working with Agile Scrum teams.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Familiarity with Client Enterprise Change Standards, Policy and Tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
