HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 4-5 days per week
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Friday; 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Residential Lead Electrician Job Description:
The Residential Electrical Crew Lead oversees and performs the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential homes. This role requires hands-on electrical work, supervision of crew members, coordination with contractors, and ensuring all work meets safety standards and code compliance. Work will primarily consist of new construction townhomes and single-family houses.
Qualifications for Residential Lead Electrician:
3 year minimum of residential electrical work in a supervisory or crew lead role
Strong understanding of new construction residential electrical systems, including smart home integration, panel upgrades, and generator installs.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, multimeters, wire testers, and other electrical testing devices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage job site timelines.
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.
Must have standard electrical hand tools.
Additional Requirements for Residential Lead Electrician:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
