Hello! Thank you for your interest in becoming an independent contractor with us! When you work with Bahr Transportation, YOU ARE YOUR OWN BOSS! We dont force dispatch, we pay you well, and we treat you well!
You will need the following in order to apply:
-Own or lease a 16, 24, or 26 Box Truck (liftgate preferred)
-Have a positive attitude, with great customer service skills!
-Be able to operate either within 50 miles of Charlotte OR choose our regional footprint (up to 550 miles)
-Have a drivers license and be 21 years of age
-Maintain commercial insurance: 500k for vehicles over 10,000lbs GVWR (CSL)
-Have a clean MVR (preferably no more than 2 violations in 3 years)
-Pass background check and drug test
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs and pull/push up to 100 lbs
