Title: Interim Sr. Director of Research and Analytics Location: Remote -

We currently have a remote job opportunity for a n Interim Sr. Director of Research and Analytics. Responsibilities:- Provide leadership within the research and analytics function across the customer's portfolio including but not limited to audience research, digital analytics, and social media insights. These contributions will include:
- Integrating and maintaining multiple information sets into a centralized repository, including initiatives related to both recruitment and retention.
- Develop and execute large-scale quantitative and qualitative research, testing, and analytics from end-to-end.
- Deliver actionable insights and drive related recommendations grounded in consumer knowledge and informed by a broader understanding of the business.
- Engage in transparent two-way communication across the entire organization; lead, develop, coach and mentor marketing and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of balancing quantitative and qualitative as well as new and traditional research methods; deep knowledge of customer, consumer, and shopper research methodologies, frameworks, and tools
- Hands-on experience integrating data from multiple sources combined with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience compiling multiple data streams into cohesive data narratives
- Reputation for delivering strategic insights and recommendations that advance clients' goals; known for strong business acumen and passion for driving results
- Highly analytical but does not get "stuck" in the numbers; able to make data-driven decisions and apply judgement based on experience and overall knowledge of the business
- Experience managing third party agencies and partners to ensure strong brand performance
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills with the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team of talented and creative people at all levels of the organization
- Experience leading and achieving - transformative change as part of a team
- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or Mathematics. Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of analytics and insights leadership experience within marketing.
- Experience in both large consumer product companies, as well as demonstrated success in applying that knowledge and skills in at least one small consumer product company environment.
- Experience in an influencer model preferred (healthcare, etc.)
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to break down silos.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
